Within Germany: €4.95. Shipping is free for orders over €150.00!
Within the European Union: €9.95.
Great Britain, Switzerland: €19.95.
We are happy to deliver to all other countries upon request.

Please note: we deliver to all countries outside the European Union duty-free and tax-free.

No additional taxes or duties are due on any goods shipped within the European Union.

Please note that customs duties and additional costs may apply for orders outside the EU. These are to be borne by the customer. The item prices and delivery costs are therefore stated as net prices.

Shipping times

We personally review each order to avoid overlapping orders. These reviews take place during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you send an order request outside of these hours, it will be processed as soon as possible.

National Shipping & International Shipping:

Depending on the volume of orders, processing and shipping delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience. Standard delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the shipping service provider.

Return

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Once we receive your return, we will carefully inspect it. After inspection, you will receive a refund using the payment method you selected. This may take up to 10 days. We ask for your understanding and thank you for your patience.
